Custom-Made Phone Case Orders
It’s best to email me your requests to: Pinkiimoons@hotmail.com before placing an order. I can provide examples and create designs for you. Once you approve a design, you can return to my webshop to complete your purchase. Please note that once you approve a design and it’s finished, you cannot request a refund. It’s important to keep this in mind.-
The information that you need to provide me:

- *Color Preferences (e.g., pink and white mix)
- *Theme & Design Elements (e.g., Hello Kitty heart theme, white swirls, pink background)
- *Charms & Shape Details
Feel free to attach reference pictures or describe your vision in detail. We'll create a design that suits you perfectly!
⚠️ Please note: Since these cases are handmade, minor imperfections may occur. The case requires **48 hours to dry** before shipping.

- *Processing Time (EU):* 3–20 days
- Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and local holidays.
- We use the highest quality phone cases, offering the best protection for your phone
- Small Charms cannot be guaranteed to be exactly the same after the order is placed, because our charms are constantly being updated, but we will try our best to be as close as possible to the picture
- After receiving the product, it is recommended to store it for about 1-2 days before use (because the phone case is in a sealed state during transportation)
- Can be shipped after drying. All items are handmade
